"Our original home generator company (Mr Sparky, Joe Wilson) quit servicing generators so we had to find another. When K-Watt came to look at our generator to approve a maintenance contract, they found many code violations with our installation. Rather than taking our money, they refused to write a contract, informing us of our situation. They helped us get in touch with a mediator with the company who failed to do the installation properly. They stayed with us through the entire process... encouraging, advising, and keeping in touch for follow up. They were awarded the contract through the mediator to provide the refit of our generator. They removed the faulty installation, poured a slab, replaced electrical wiring and gas plumbing, refit the electrical panel, called the gas company for an upgraded meter, filed all the proper building permits (which the original company had NOT done). They did it all in a very timely manner, always putting our concerns and questions as priority. Answers to questions were almost immediate, at nearly any time of day or night. The people are pleasant and friendly, always professional. The work was done quickly, correctly, and sensitive to our needs. I would highly recommend K-Watt for any generator, electrical, or gas plumbing needs, without hesitation or reservation."

"Our AC/Heater would not turn on. After calling an AC service to check out the problem, we were told it was an electrical issue. We called Kwatt and they were available to come out the next day. Our electrician was on time and knew immediately what the problem was. He explained in detail what the issue was and how he was going to fix it (which was much appreciated). Within the hour he had replaced the electrical socket and made sure the electrical wiring was up to code. I thought the pricing was a little high, but the job was done professionally, promptly and from the first phone call to the end to of the job, everyone from Kwatt was very pleasant to work with. Would definitely use them again!!!!"
