1. What types of payments do you accept?

We accept visa, MasterCard, certified checks, and cash. Residential work is paid in full at the time of service. Commercial accounts require a percentage deposit and the balance due upon receipt. ( All generator contracts require a deposit

2. How much will a generator cost?

A: It can depend on the size of your house and how many appliances you want to run while the power is out. We would be happy to send you an estimate based on your personal needs. Call one of our friendly Customer Care Representatives TODAY!

3. Some of the outlets in a room are working and some aren't. Why?

This is a common problem in houses and there are many different reasons that this can occur. Loose connections, worn, aged wire or short circuit may be the cause. A serious problem such as this could cause an electrical fire and should be checked and corrected immediately. A certified electrician needs to troubleshoot and repair the damaged circuit.

4. I only need one switch changed out. Is this job too small?

A: No. There is no job too small or too big for us to complete. Not only can we wire multiple units such as an apartment complex, but we can hang a single fan if that is all you need. Your satisfaction is our main goal.

5.Can I speak with someone directly or do I have submit a form for all service requests?

A: If you need to speak to a service person, call the office directly at 225-590-3851. The online form simply allows us the ability to communicate with customers via email for your convenience.

6. Do you have any references I can contact?

A: There are a number of clients we have fulfilled contracts for in both residential and commercial areas. Simply request this information via telephone or email and we will be happy to provide references.

7. My home was damaged by a flood or fire. Can you work with an insurance company?

A: Most insurance companies allow you to choose who completes the repair of your housing. While we do not bill the insurance company directly, KWATT Electric, Heating and Air would be more than happy to work with your insurance company and provide them with an itemized list of the materials and labor used on your repair. Please note: The homeowner is responsible for payment, not the insurance company.
